My favourite thing to do here when I visited when I was young was to sit on the Lions but they have banned that now. 🙁 I guess the ban was a good idea but it’s a shame as it was one of those iconic London photo opportunities!

A Christmas tree has been donated to the square by Norway since 1947 and is erected for twelve days before and after Christmas Day.
